Methods that are not tailored to the individual and that are not intended to maintain weight are not the definitive solution, many people have experienced this throughout their lives. In fact, it is not that difficult to lose weight and maintain our weight, by paying attention to small details, we will not gain weight and we will be able to maintain our weight by eating everything. Here are some suggestions for this:
1-Stop eating fast. Chew foods slowly. Your main meals should last at least 15-20 minutes. Because the satiety signal reaches the brain in such a time. If you chew foods quickly, you will lose control and consume more and unnecessary nutrients during this time.
2- Pay attention to your water consumption. Make it a habit to drink 2 liters of water every day, especially during these hot summer months. The water you will consume regularly during the day speeds up your metabolism and helps us get rid of toxins. We should also spread this water that we will drink throughout the day in a balanced way. The benefit of the water we drink in large quantities at one time will be to go to the toilet by running. To achieve this balance, you should drink a glass of water before each meal. In this way, you will be protected from unnecessary snacks by reducing your feeling of hunger and you will be guaranteed to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
3-Give weight to vegetables. Make sure to consume cooked or raw vegetables at every meal. In this way, it allows the intestines to work faster and you can stay full for a longer period of time. For this reason, make it a habit to take at least 2 -3 portions of vegetables and the same amount of fruit during the day.
4-Choose small portions. In this, reduce your plate size. Try to eat smaller plates.
